SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

HULO CARE offers the following shipping and delivery options:

1.1. Pick-up at HULO CARE Office

Customers are welcome to visit and purchase products directly at HULO CARE’s office located at:
No. 38, Street 52, Quarter 21, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

At the office, customers will receive product consultation, select suitable products, complete payment, and receive their orders on-site.

1.2. Home Delivery via Shipping Services

Free Shipping Policy:

Orders of VND 300,000 or above within Ho Chi Minh City.

Orders of VND 700,000 or above for other provinces.

HULO CARE provides door-to-door delivery according to customer requests through postal services or express delivery companies. Delivery personnel will contact customers in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Shipping Partners include:

- Viettel Post

- Other authorized delivery partners

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the official rates of our delivery partners. HULO CARE commits to not charging any additional or hidden shipping fees.

The exact shipping fee will be communicated to customers during order confirmation, prior to warehouse dispatch and handover to the shipping provider.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the schedule of the postal service or express delivery partner and the delivery address provided by the customer:

Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 business days

Other provinces: 2-5 business days

Public holidays or festive seasons: Delivery may take longer than usual

4. Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided by the customer to HULO CARE at the time of order placement.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Upon receiving the package, customers are advised to carefully check the shipping documents and goods with the courier, including:

Verify the shipping receipt for COD amount and shipping fees. Customers should retain the receipt for reference in case of any issues.

- Inspect the package condition to ensure it is not torn, opened, or damaged.

- Check the invoice and confirm the quantity of products matches the placed order.
