RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HULO CARE will process product exchanges, returns, and refunds for customers in the following cases:
1. Incorrect Products Delivered
The product delivered does not match the order details (product name, size, model, or color).
2. Defective or Used Products
The product delivered is defective or shows signs of prior use.
In cases where the product is damaged during transportation or due to manufacturing defects, customers may refuse delivery and request the delivery personnel to contact HULO CARE directly.
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 07 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- Product Conditions:
+ Products must be returned in full, in their original packaging, intact and undamaged.
+ All accompanying items must be included, such as invoices and promotional gifts (if any).
+ Product seals, labels, and tags must remain intact and unopened.
+ Returned products must show no signs of use.
4. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- In cases of error caused by HULO CARE: HULO CARE will fully cover all return and exchange shipping costs.
- In cases of personal preference or customer-initiated exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the delivery cost of the replacement product.
5. Refund Conditions
HULO CARE will issue refunds in the following cases:
- Orders that have been successfully placed but the customer has not yet received the product: This may occur if the ordered product is out of stock but has not been updated on the website in time, or if the customer placed an incorrect order.
- Customers receive a defective product due to an error on the part of HULO CARE.
Note: HULO CARE will only process refunds after receiving the returned product that fully meets all the conditions stated above.
RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURE
Customers contact HULO CARE via Hotline +84 988 304 449 to submit a return or refund request.
Securely package the product, including: the unused product in its original condition (with seals intact), invoice, and any promotional gifts (if applicable).
Send the package back to the store address where the online order was placed. Please clearly indicate on the parcel:
Customer’s Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and “RETURN REQUEST.”
