METHOD 1: ORDER VIA HOTLINE

Our HULO CARE customer service team is always ready to assist, provide consultation, and support you in selecting the most suitable products.
METHOD 2: ONLINE ORDERING ON THE WEBSITE
Step 1: Search for Products
Visit www.hulocare.com.vn and search for the desired products by:
- Using the Menu to browse products by category/brand on the All Products page, where you can filter based on needs, size, or price range.
- Using the Search Bar, where the system will suggest products most relevant to your entered keywords.
Step 2: Place an Order
- After selecting your desired product:
- Choose the preferred size.
- Use the + / – buttons to adjust the quantity as needed.
- Click “ADD TO CART” below the product name.
- Once you have finished selecting products, click the Cart icon at the top right corner of the screen. You may choose “View Cart” or proceed directly to “Checkout.”
- Review your selected products and order total.
- Fill in the required information such as name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Enter a Promotion Code (if applicable) to receive offers from HULO CARE.
Step 3: Enter Buyer Information & Payment
Please complete all required buyer information as instructed. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
Select a payment method: Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, then click “Place Order.”
If you register your email, HULO CARE will send an order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, and order value.
For Bank Transfer payments, customers are required to complete the transfer for the order to be officially recorded as successful.
Note: When making online payments, customers must be the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment card or bank account.
After the order is successfully placed, HULO CARE will contact you by phone to reconfirm your order.
In addition to the methods above, customers may also place orders by leaving a comment on the website (including name and phone number) or chatting directly with our consultants for assistance.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Order Acceptance Conditions
HULO CARE only accepts orders with complete and accurate information regarding delivery address and contact phone number. After receiving your order, we will contact you to verify details and discuss any additional matters if necessary.
Order values listed do not include VAT (10%) and do not include shipping fees.
2. Order Confirmation
Your order will be officially processed once you receive an Order Confirmation Email from HULO CARE, including product details and order number.
Prior to sending the Order Confirmation, HULO CARE reserves the right to refuse order processing due to objective reasons (out-of-stock items, unverified customer information, etc.), and customers have the right to cancel the order.
In certain sensitive cases (e.g., unusually large order value, delivery addresses in remote or potentially unsafe locations), HULO CARE will proactively contact customers to reconfirm and arrange an appropriate delivery time.
3. Order Modification / Cancellation
If customers wish to modify or cancel their order after submission, please contact us immediately via:

4. Defective Products
- HULO CARE commits to supplying genuine products and ensures that all delivered items are intact, accurate in quantity, and accompanied by proper usage instructions as published on the website or product packaging at the time of order.
- All products include usage instructions on the packaging. Customers are advised to read and follow these instructions carefully.
- We strive to deliver products in optimal condition. If a customer discovers a defective product, please retain the product in its original condition and contact us immediately for appropriate resolution.
- Required information for handling defective product cases includes: order number and relevant purchase documentation (order confirmation, invoice), along with supporting evidence (which may include photos) proving the defect.
