HULO CARE commits to receiving, reviewing, and handling customer requests promptly, accurately, and in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure customers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Additionally, customers have the right to file a complaint with HULO CARE if they discover or suspect that their personal information has been disclosed to a third party without consent. Upon receiving such a complaint, HULO CARE will verify the information and apply appropriate and timely corrective measures depending on the severity of the violation, in order to safeguard customer privacy and data security.
