OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER

1. Seller’s Obligations

Accurately confirm orders according to the products placed, ensuring that goods are properly packaged, safe, and meet quality standards before delivery.

Provide support and create favorable conditions for customers to access information, explore, and purchase products conveniently, and receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Monitor and handle orders that are unsuccessfully delivered, and proactively contact customers to arrange timely re-delivery.

Provide complete product information, usage instructions, and customer support throughout the consumption process.

Deliver products in the correct model, quantity, and category as agreed, after the buyer has completed payment.

Provide invoices and relevant documents upon customer request.

2. Buyer’s Obligations

Comply with HULO CARE’s purchasing policies and procedures.

Make full and timely payment according to the order value.

Provide accurate personal information and delivery address.

Cooperate with HULO CARE in confirming orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
