INSPECTION POLICY
1. Orders placed directly on hulocare.com.vn
After an order is successfully placed on hulocare.com.vn, a HULO CARE representative will contact the customer via phone or email to confirm the order before shipment.
1.1. Delivery & Order Inspection
Before receiving and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the products but are not allowed to test or use them.
Customers are advised to carefully open the package and check that the products are delivered in the correct model, type, and quantity as stated in the order.
Once the order is confirmed to be correct and complete, customers may proceed with payment to the delivery staff (for Cash on Delivery - COD orders).
For prepaid orders, customers should inspect the products upon receipt and contact HULO CARE immediately in case of any issues or complaints.
1.2. Important Notes
Delivery staff are required to wait until the customer has completed the inspection.
In case the delivery staff refuses to allow inspection, customers are advised to contact HULO CARE Hotline: +84 988 304 449 for prompt assistance.
Customers should avoid using sharp objects when opening the package to prevent damage to the products inside.
For any product damage caused by customer mishandling, HULO CARE does not support returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
2. Orders placed via e-commerce platforms
For orders placed through e-commerce platforms, customers are requested to follow the inspection policies and regulations of the respective platform.
